I HAVET BEEN ABLE TO LOOSE WEIGHT! my g\f took away my ephedra n i keep eating bad bad foods and ima get fat again if i dont stop .. ahhhh! this is all hindering my progress for my contest ...!!!!! must get back to work!

Well I'm down to 203 which is good in my part and I got payed yesterday so I bought 2 tubs of ON Whey Being that each was $15 plus a nice 100 Count Tub of Creatine which I needed to buy now even though im 10 weeks out from bulking ... well im home during this horrible hurricane where i've magically gained 4 lbs ... horrible ...i got down to 200 and im at 205 since i ate a pint of vanilla ice cream and ive been binge eating and i dunno y i get these wierd cravings but i must control them ... see if i can drink water to stop them and get down to 180 and then just go back up again ( Read more... )
