Morning Sickness Protects Babies from Meat

Came across this article which I find really interesting. I can't verify this since I'm never pregnant before.

For those who have gone through pregnacies, do you find yourself more adverse to meats, fish, poultry & eggs as compared to vegs?

Quite the opposite. I cannot stomach veggies at all. ESP in first trimester. Took even more meat and fish then ever. Not much nausea too, unless am very hungry. Aren't veggies also prone to pesticides?

I guess the pesticides in veg is minimal compared to the toxics in animals?

I can't verify this because i didn't experience any morning sickness at all. I just my usual stuff throughout my 38 weeks of pregnancy.

In fact, i ate even more beef than usual during my pregnancy because it's supposed to "strengthen" the foetus.

How does beef strengthen the foetus?

Not very sure...something about the high iron & protein in beef. :)
