You do seem to work too hard. Any time spent on you is well spent.
And I agree that commercial television is completely dodgy. I have trouble watching it. I have to record it and fast forward through the crap bits. So far I'm managed to watch exactly none of the winter olympics.
I think I obsess about work more than actually doing it... if I could kick the procrastination habit, I'm sure things would be much less stressful! Thankfully project deadlines are fairly seldom things here, so this shouldn't be a continuous problem the way it was before.
I'm pretty sure all the cool bits of the Olympics are all over teh Internets if you wanted to catch up on them.... (there is a Facebook page for the Norwegian curling team's trousers if you want to start at the silly end :g:).
Oh, it's nowhere near as bad as it was before - my commute is only ten minutes in total a day, which makes such a huge difference. The deadlines are currently a bit silly, but that's once or twice a year rather than all the time... and if I work on the weekend (fairly rare), it's from home - hence the high distraction factor :).
