So I started the couch to 5k (http://www.nhs.uk/LiveWell/c25k/Pages/couch-to-5k.aspx) yesterday, after various people's tips and thoughts on my running post. I can honestly say that it was pretty easygoing, except for the 3rd and 5th running intervals -- why those? Who knows!

I'm alive, I'm getting fitter, and wondering whether I can maybe graduate to mini-triathlon. Work is excellent. Auckland is pretty, and I am slowly exploring it. I need friends -- wonder if maybe community theatre is worth trying? Not reading. Wish I was. Not Fanacing. Wish I was.
