Thanks to Dan's recent cooking achievements, I tried out thinly-sliced beef with capsicum (about to say peppers - shame on me! >_<), snow peas and carrots in liberally poured oyster sauce, chilli powder, mirin and cooking wine.
Quite tasty, actually :3 Might try it again sometime soon. ^_^
