I'm not the only one who wrote about the Ridges Asylum/Athens Mental Health Institute and Margaret Schilling this round--eska818 did, as well, as part of our Week 20 Intersection.
I love the contrast between the two cousins. I'm interested in finding out more about the school in the cave.
I was wondering why Rafaela considered herself an expert at mental health institutions, then I read further. It's an intriguing tidbit of information you've share with us about Ms. Torres.
And it really is just a tidbit of information. If I have a chance, I'd like to look more into their families, honestly. I'm sure there are answers buried there.
Nice of the ghost to leave them alone long enough to talk. I'm fascinated by the school in the cave, what it teaches you and what it apparently costs. I hope we get to see the stoned conversation that follows this at some point.
From my research, Margaret Schilling doesn't actually do much as a ghost. She just looks out the window. I'm not sure how much she would have been able to help Gina, really.

"What can I say?" Rafaela grinned. "I'm a rebel. Linguistically even." - Done well with her .... :)
