I don't really think your shadows on your manga colorings look natural. They seem a bit too soft, especially in the hair.

You have a good start into iconing. My suggestion would be to try out different colorings and cropping. And sometimes your icons look abit too contrasted :);;

Otherwise you have a great start

your icons have a very unique style, and i like that. they used to be a little overly-contrasted, but you seem to have gotten over that with some nice filters.

i especially love your cropping, it's awesome.

I love your coloring, but sometimes your icons lean towards too much red/orange.
