Long hike to the Satellites which are in-between the 2nd and 3rd Flatirons. They are a TOUGH bouldering area, way tough, I failed, but had so much fun. It's so beautiful up there, and the sun set and the dusk around the Flatirons, just phenomenal.

Happy New Year!  I know 2012 is going to be so much better than 2011, I mean 2011 ended so much better than it began, so it can only get better.  Also 2011 was rough for not only me, but so many of the people I love.  I'm eager for new adventures and happiness!!!

Day two of the 2011/2012 season :)  It started out rough :( but ended well, until a skier tried to hit me, showboating ass-hat, and then a poor little boarder hit me.  Luckily she was small and light so it didn't hurt, much.  I did my first two jumps, one slowly and successfully one quickly and well landed, on my hip.  XD ( Read more... )

Getting back into snowboarding is WAY hard, and super awesome!
I have amazing friends who really helped me out today, gave great advice and were super supportive and gave great tips.

Now I'm half watching a show about how the formation of the moon from an impact with another planet may be the reason there is life on Earth.  How awesome is that?

I was walking by the climbing department the other day.  I saw two gentlemen trying on harnesses and hanging on the rope they are not supposed to without assistance.  I stopped and walked towards them, (I was wearing my super sophisticated learned girl glasses) and asked them:

"Do you gentlemen need help with anything?"

Life sucks and i get mad at being weepy and feeling sorry for myself.

HOWEVER, greatest friends EVER, the powder is coming! and climbing is awesome.  Also my dog Maya is super cool, and I am excited about life and adventures.
