I am really sad and pissed off at SPCA right now.

Every morning, around this time (5.30am), for at least the past week. I've been hearing dogs barking and whimpering from the opposite block. I only ask because I know Ruby whines when I don't let her IMMEDIATELY after she's gone to the bathroom. And she sounds pretty pitiful.

I totally would if I lived there. Could just be the dog wanting to come inside, or go out, or whatever as the case may be. But you should totally check it out, and then complain to the SPCA supervisor person that they do a shitty job at taking care of animals.
