I am really sad and pissed off at SPCA right now.
Every morning, around this time (5.30am), for at least the past week. I've been hearing dogs barking and whimpering from the opposite block. There are two dogs I think, and one is barking and the other is always whimpering. Like it is being punched. It hurts just to listen. It sounds like it's in a lot of pain.
So today.. 5 minutes ago, in fact, I decided to call SPCA 24-hour emergency hotline to report animal abuse. I told the guy, who was probably awoken by my phone call, about it. He just told me I had to find out which block and unit the abuse is at, then call them back.
AND THAT WAS FUCKING IT.
I suppose that guy would just go back to sleep. Yes, just sleep while dogs are getting beaten up.
Anyone wanna stay over tomorrow, and we can go find some animal beaters at 5 in the morning?
