in a text conversation regarding a live conversation I was having with the Honey I referred to myself as a pushy bitch. L replied that I am more vindictive than a bitch. I'm much more ok with being a bitch than being called vindictive. That implies a motive that I feel my bitchiness completely lacks.

Does vindictive imply motive to you?

bitch

I wouldn't say motive, more......... reaction to an action?

Vindictive implied a revenge. Clearly includes motivation.

To me, bitchiness implies motive to the same extent vindictive does. It is more generalized in bitchiness and more specific in vindictive.

What do you call a bad mood that's leaking out all over people?

Vindictiveness is reactionary, and that by default implies motive.
