Quick drive-by post on the old style while I still can:- Had some coining/gua sha done tonight having not had it done for years. Apparently I'm really sick (even though I was asymptomatic). It hurt. A lot more than I remembered. There were some undignified noises.

I've been having a smushy romcom-seeking kind of holiday weekend.
