Truth does not exist. There are only noises that people make with their mouths and then commit to paper via a series of symbols that represent those noises. The copy editor's job is to make the author feel good about herself. Coincidentally, making people feel good with no justification is also the job of people who spout New Age bullshit. If you think about it like this, you and New Age Woman are actually on the same side, working toward a common goal!
