So sometimes you realise that you've been lying in the dark for two hours and not actually getting anywhere closer to sleep, and you just need to get up and have a bowlful of hot cereal. And sometime after the cereal has been consumed and a loudly purring kitten is attacking you with kisses to the chin, you realise that the song that's been playing
