AC Change
Starting in August, all characters that are part of HWD and not on hiatus by the 15th of the month will be responsible for linking three threads of 10+ posts each to the month AC check (This Month In Arkham). Of the three, two must be with different PLAYERS.
Characters that join after the 15th but before the 25th of the month will be asked to link one 10+ post thread.
Character that join after the 25th (when activity check starts) will simply be asked to confirm that they are still with us in the game by giving us a hello in the AC post.
Hiatus now is for players that will be gone for 14 days or longer from the comm at a single chunk of time. Players that post their hiatus to the hiatus thread will not be held responsible for AC for that month. However, this can not be done on back to back months without extenuating circumstances. Players that must hiatus for two months in a row will be asked to drop their characters. They may then reapply when they return if that character has not been taken.
Any leave of time shorter than 14 days will not allow a player to be exempt from AC. Players that know they will be away from the comm (vacation, etc) after the 25th of the month should contact a mod in the mod contact post and then post their AC when they return.
AC closes on the last day of the month, at which time a list will go up in the OOC comm about those in danger. Characters in danger will have until 11:59PM ET on the first of the month to get back to us or be dropped.
Please note: Sometimes there are emergencies. This is understandable. Just talk to a mod. I don't bite unless you ask me to.
