Yeah, I know. It's a sad situation made even worse, because the royal family never really accepted Mabel, with her mafia-connection background,

And they have two little princesses.

Oh, I agree about the love part. And they are such a lovely couple.

I have noticed from recent pictures the apparent closeness of Queen Beatrix and Mabel, showing them going to the hospital and in the hospital.

But I always thought it was both the people and the Family. Glad to know that HRH's Beatrix and Wilhelm etc are accepting.

It's just too bad he had to give up his rights to the succession. Should've stuck his guns like HRH Crown Prince Haakon the Hotie. :-D
