expectations

I really set high expectations for myself and others and then am extremely upset when they are not met. The other person has no idea that i have set these expectations so there is no way I can go to them and say hey you didn't do this or that. It really is hard be a stay at home mom. I wish that it were easier. There is always so much to be done
