I suspect the sums would still work, as everything would be reversed if we were anti-matter and it would still balance out.

It is all relative to the observer's viewpoint anyway.

For example: You are driving along a road at 30MPH. A car on the other side of the road is also travelling at 30MPH in the opposite direction.

Is it approaching you at a relative speed of 60MPH, or are you approaching it at a relative speed of 60MPH?

The answer is "Yes".

But, in the end, does it really matter? (ducks, and runs away)
