Today is the first day of school. I have night classes so I don't go in until tonight (Class from 5:30-8:15). I printed off four of the five syllabus from the classes and I have to say

I can remember feeling the same way. You CAN do it. Don't get overwhelmed. Take everything one minute at a time (or, hell, even one second at a time). I'm not going to go one day at a time because sometimes even that's too much.
Just remember, you are looking at a sylabus that has every little thing laid out in it. It covers an entire semsters worth of work. To top it off, you are looking at four of them. At the same time. If those are anything like my sylabi were, they don't lay out how much time and effort will be needed for each little paper and project and reading assignment. Weekly labs, quizes, whatever; they become part of the routine. Compare them to your list of Challenges and tell me which is less intimidating. If these presonal posts have taught me anything about you, its that you can manage your time insanely well. *tackle hugs* You are awesome. Thank you! You're totally right about my challenges :P When I look at it in that perspective it makes me remember that I really can get all this shit done if I set my mind to it. Thank you thank you thank you!
Well, whether you can or not, even though I only know you from your posts, it's clear that your brilliant and tough and find creative solutions to persevere, and I suspect you are going to majorly kick ass. Once the new place is less new, you might, like you said, feel much better about it.
Thank you so much! *Deep breath* I know I can get through this. Part of it IS just the fact that it's a new school and I was stressing over the expectations. After a week of classes though, I realize it's not going to be too much harder than before :P Thank you!!!
