Title: When Nobody Knew

Summary: Jensen was a holdless nobody who was lucky enough to get taken in by the Harper Hall. Jared was the crafthall brat that took Jensen under his wing. The two become inseparable, until the day the great dragons of Pern came to Harper Hall on search. For turns, Jared knew nothing of what had happened to his best friend. Until he arrived at Ista Weyr, a candidate himself. What happens next is a surprise for everyone. Now, Jared just wants to get everyone to stop watching for him to fail. And just maybe to find out why his best friend is avoiding him. With threadfall and other threats to the weyr, Jared will have to rely on new bonds and old to keep his friends safe.
