Ino is one of my favorites, despite the fact that HE SO COULD'VE DEVELOPED HER AS A CHARACTER AND COULDN'T, GDI. Luckily she provides a lot of speculation-fodder trying very hard not to write Shisui/Ino atm. And despite all this pointless Temari subtext, I will always belive that ShikaIno is one of the best het pairings in the entire series *_*

Shishui and Ino? I've never even considered this possiblity but that would be kinda awesome. No. Not just kinda. Unadulterated awesome.

But, yeah. Shika/ino is one of my OTPs :)

lol, I have stupid headcanon that Inoichi was his genin teacher and taught him his mindbending technique of win. So, you know...off the mind goes in that vein. Inoichi & the Uchiha fics always intrigue me.

It's fantastic :) I can never summon up the courage to write something for them, but it has a special place in my heart.

I officially have some new head canon. That is awesome. Though, I bet all the whispers of the Uchiha uprising that had to have been buzzing around his spy network must have broken Inoichi's heart... (as you can already tell my Inoichi has had a lot of tragedy in his life.)

While I understand that thought, anything you write comes out fantastic :)

*__* That monochrome Ino banner is amazing It really brings out Ino's personality.

She's vain, boy-crazy and can be a bitch. She's also clever, loyal, ambitious and will never give up. - I love how you don't pull punches when it comes to describing her. This is Ino, plain and simple.

I hate how the majority of the fandom perceives her. If she's not that screeching fangirl hung up on Sasuke, she's a slut. If not, then she's Sakura's best friend and is only good for meddling in her love life. D:<

Her character had so much potential. Mind-control could really have been a major aspect of the manga - c'mon, they're ninja! - if Kishi wasn't so busy drowning in recurring themes of hate and love and revenge and everything Uchiha and Senju and lolwhut they have the same personality? Ino really does deserve more love in fandom - thankfully, there are some amazing Ino-centric fics out there that bring out what I love most about her, the bitchy personality and all. There is good in this world ( ... )

I hate how simplified they make Ino. Actually the simplification is bad with many characters (or else we have almost nothing to go on canonically, like with Tenten and the same 2-D fanon keeps getting played out), but with Ino... It seems like she gets it worst of all since Sakura is often the main female character.

Thank goodness for the writers who do get her right (oh, how I fangirl them!)

Eventually I want to write more because I have more of A Rose Bloomed; its technically only about half way through what I have outlined, but it just isn't coming. Actually, no writing is coming. Stupid writers block. :P

PS I'd be pressuring you to do this meme too, except I know you just started college.*-^
