trying to get full off of peanuts, listening to the heart of saturday night over and over again, smoking too much to keep time and trying to figure out how to be a better lonely person.....hell i might as well still be 18 and sleeping between the jazz section and the reggae section of underground sounds. i could've sworn i grew out of this at some

ended up staying as a friend of a friend of a friend at a professional treasure hunters house on cudjoe key (easily the least romantically named key) ate barracuda, damn near caught a lobster with my bare hands, learned how to make palm frond roses, and made $13... key west doing it's damndest to tear apart my inflated regard for folks as a whole ( Read more... )

got into key west friday, in time to miss our ride aboard the schooner wolf as she sailed as the flag ship of the conch republic in the reenactment of the battle of seccesion, which involved a crew of key westers going out and hurling stale bread at a coast gaurd ship who then turned their water cannon on the key westers....the key westers ( Read more... )
