So my supervisor has been asking me what I have done for the past year so that he can write my performance report this consists of writing 20 lines and telling whoever wants to read it why you are good or bad. There is also a number system of 1-5… 1 being you’re a piece of crap and the only thing you do right is not die, and 5 being you are god
