After Lisa's second shake, Mike's eyes opened. He made a face. "What...?" he breathed, trying to figure out the surroundings in the dark room. The light from Lisa's bedroom lit the side of her face. He groaned another, "what?", and tried to lift his head up, but felt a pang of pain.

"Ow! Goddamnit." He pulled himself slowly up, holding his neck. The result from not sleeping on a proper pillow.

Lisa winced in sympathy, she knew all too well how painful sleeping on this sofa could be. She's woken up from it many times after falling asleep while watching a movie or a television show. "You alright?"

She helped Mike sit up all the way before taking a seat next to him on the couch, "You should go sleep in my bed, I just changed the sheets and the room is decent as it's ever gonna get."
