Oh my goodness, I love this story. I love both of them feeling their age. I love the incredibly tender gesture of Moody coming his fingers through McGongall's hair. I love the setting of just after OotP, and I love the idea that there's a difference between knowing and knowing in your blood.

I've always loved this two characters but I don't think I've ever realized I love this pairing.

Billy Connolly! Oh, he'd have made a wonderful Moody! :) I loved Mrs. Brown. I wasn't actually thinking about it while writing this story, but...yeah. It fits.
