Really reallly beautiful girl. Absolutely raw and real and overwhelming. I adore your Tonks family, they deserve to be as real (if not more real) and you bring them to life so wonderfully and gently.

Wow. I don't read much fanfic these days but this, my friend, this was gorgeous. Even though I don't have the same emotional attachment to these characters as I would have had back in the heady days of fandom, I still felt a catch in my throat reading this. You do have a way with words and you do bring these characters to vivid life (even when they are mourning the deaths of others).

I read Five People Ted Tonks Met in Heaven the other day, and this is a perfect companion piece. Such a fantastic depiction of grief and loneliness, and the paragraph where Andromeda goes down to the shed especially is wonderful. Beautiful writing!

Beautiful, poignant, so sad. I haven't read many of your fics yet but I am going to fix that soon. Such a lovely fic. *sigh* And of course, the Ted and Andromeda love- not enough of it in the fandom but you've made a good start on remedying that.
