I love the hat! What pattern did you use? I may have to make one to go with my Gryffindor Quidditch sweater.

Pattern? hehe I just made it as I went, though I had a clear idea in my head. :) It was fun to do and the most complex thing I've made to date having parts that had to be joined. The joining of parts was really the most stress! I just made one mini tube scarf then duplicated it making another. Then I knit the first part of the hat, cuffed or brimmed it then knit in the scarf-lettes on ach side on the inside and continued the stockinette stitch until it was the right size and cinched it up.

It's fun and looks like it would keep you warm. Very brilliant.
