I've just finished knitting my hatmione, and I'm very pleased with it. I made one for a friend a few weeks ago, and I used the pattern from Charmed Knits. I tried it on when it was finished, and I found that the hat was too small to fit over my admittedly fluffy hair. Well, I got it on, but the cables stretched and looked weird. Congratulations on finishing your Hatmione! AS soon as I finish my Quidditch, I plan to start one. Was it very difficult? about how long did it take you?

Thanks! It wasn't difficult at all. The one I made for a friend was the first time I'd ever done cabling. It was a lot of fun. The most challenging thing about mine was rewriting the pattern for 108 stitches. It was ok until I got to the decreases, then it got a little freaky. :D

Oh, and it took me about a week, but that's cause I have almost no spare time between school and work.
