I like the fact that they're both competitive and yet respect each other, and the phrasing at the end was lovely. The imagery is well done, too!

I like the style here -- vivid and swift, just like the characters. Great imagery.

Ginny's a Harpy - dangerous and keen, and devastatingly versatile.

I love all the little details in this. The candles on mounted poles to mark their course in the dark, the smell of leather, the feel of almost-frost air, the taste of pumpkin wine left on the tongue after dinner. That he's older than her, but they're both older. That she's a Harpy, and that there's spiraling and tumbling, and the verbal sparring at the end.
