I've done this to myself twice now, and after researching online the first time learned that the rotary blade is so sharp that the wound is usually really clean, so as long as you are using neosporin you'll likely be fine. Mine took at least several weeks to stop hurting. The pain lessens gradually. hurts like a beeyotch though, doesn't it? I seriously thought the second time that it was never going to stop bleeding. I had to hold my hand up over my head to get the bleeding to stop. It's a great reminder to slow down and pay more attention to how you do things.
