First off, I love this. Secondly, I was gonna say Peter but then I read it again and thought it couldn't be him. So I say Sirius only because of the "he had been chosen" part.

Heh! Actually, I started writing it thinking of Peter, then I realized he could be seen also as Sirius. And, in the very end, Peter had been chosen. XD
