Poor Lupin. I was rather furious with him when he was wanting to ditch the wife and kid and run off with a bunch of teenagers but he got his act together and did the right thing. Then was promptly killed. Hardly seems fair but I don't fault J.K. Rowling her decision to have him die. Wars never are fair. People who deserve better die all too often.
