Your drabbles are always so poignant.

Wonderful character study.

I'm so glad you liked it! I found myself wondering what happened when he was turned, and what motivates him now, so I'm glad some of that came across.

*shivers* nice one. as soon as I saw you'd written a drabble about Fenrir I had to read it, and I really love the mood of it

So many things from our childhood affects who we are today. The boy Fenrir must've been terrified and so lonely. I wonder of this loss of innocence and love is what motivates his particular bllod lust for children today?

I read a fic a while back where prior to being bitten, Fenrir was an orphaned boy sent to a monastery to live. The Abbot was not what he seemed and dished out his own particular brand of 'love'. have you read it? I think I've still got the link.

I really enjoyed this drabble, and the exploration of Fenrir's origins. You captured the sense of his childish confusion and fear very well. I love the picture you painted of the night he was bitten and the way the details outline the experience in stark lines. The tension created by the fact that his child self doesn't realize what's happening to him yet is chilling and poignant.
