Thanks! That's what I figured - just because she fell in love with a Muggle doesn't mean she's all sweetness and light. I mean, Tonks's got a pretty wild, rebellious side.

Or at least she used to. Before Book 6's "Dr. Nymphadora and Mr. Tonks." o.0

"Mousy and sad over a boy" is just SO out of character for her, IMHO...I'm betting dollars to donuts that in Book 7, we find out she's under the Imperius, and everybody thought it was just a bizarre romantic subplot.

Or perhaps this is just my secret hope. :lol:

I'm hoping it is just a clever fake-out. And right after she turns out to be all Imperius'ed, and Remus thinks his heart has finally been broken for the last time, Sirius will pop back out of Harry's mirror, and Remus'll be all, "Damn, you pretty fly for a dead guy," and Sirius'll be all, "I know." And Harry will have two godfathers.
