They meet in the Room of Requirement on All Hallow's Eve, but instead of the training room there's bales of hay, a small grove of trees and carved pumpkins lighting the gravel paths. They're delighted, all of them, and Cho is the first to step out of the group and into the semi-dark to see just how far they can go.
Luna wiggles her toes in the gravel and soil, and smiles at the sliver of moon visible above the trees. She's (dressed up as) a ghost in a white dress and lace veil with her hair loose down the bared skin of her back. Walking through the trees is as familiar as walking through the Forbidden Forest, and when she comes to the edge of a small lake, she stops a few steps in the water.
At the other side Ginny's crouched, helmet tucked under her arm and the chain armour she charmed from paper links gleaming against stitched leather. Ginny drinks from a cupped hand and looks up at Luna, eyes startled for a brief moment. She smiles.
Luna smiles back, tips her head to listen to the others laughing in the trees, and fancies that the two of them look like a fairy tale in the moonlight.
