Idk why people can't get over the AMAs either. I really think that a lot of the media and those offended though that Adam was going to apologize and feel bad for causing that much "trouble". When he didn't and went, "Welllll that's who I am", everyone offended decided to continue to dwell on it and probably will until they up and keel over...

Everytime my friends talk about it, saying that Adam was being "disgusting" and "inappropriate", I fucking lose my shit.

First, because they know that I'm an Adam fan. It's disrespectful. I don't ever talk shit about the Jonas Brothers or Twilight in front of them; couldn't they do the same?

Second, calling an openly-gay man "disgusting" and "inappropriate" because of something that plenty of other performers have been doing is a homophobic move. And I fucking hate homophobes.

I've always had a problem with my friends who were close-minded Christians. They've always said they hate gay people, being gay is wrong, etc etc. Just so you know, before the bible was ever translated, there was nothing that said homosexuality was a sin. Being gay isn't wrong and that was never in there. Sure it exists in some copies today but before it was originally translated, nothing was said that being gay made you a bad person. I've always thought that if God loved all of his children, then why would it be okay for him to hate homosexuals? If God wants everyone to treat each other fairly and not hate, then why do people still openly hate homosexuals yet call themselves Christians?

Sorry for the rant, just food for thought.
