Sean is silent as a whisper, it's one of the many talents learned in Butler School. He leaves her a bottle of juice and a snack, only letting himself watch for the shortest moment.
She didn't like when people saw, so he was very good at pretending he was blind.
It took a few moments, just a few until she noticed him. She came to a stop, her breathing a touch erratic but she turned a little bit and smiled, her eyes glowing from the recent exertion.
She didn't like when people saw because her dancing opened her up so much, made her so much more aware and so much more open about who she really was. She could dance the pain away and she had, so many times. But while it gave her bittersweet memories, it was the one thing that made her feel free. Despite being in the Deck and in particular, the Hearts, she felt freer her than she ever had anywhere else.
Sean didn't smile - it wasn't really part of his repertoire. But as he stood there in his line-faced glory a warm kind of approval seemed to emanate from him.
She was a lovely dancer, and a sweet girl. There was no reason for her to feel subconscious about it.
"No trouble, Miss." Just let him place a water bottle and a snack here for her.
She noticed that, her eyes moving from the water bottle to the snack as she kept her distance. Physically, at least. Her smile was as bright as the sun, her green eyes lit up with pure joy on the subject.
"No need to go formal on me. It's just Cayden. Or Cay." She said, her hands clasping behind her.
It was strange to see dancing in the Spade region that didn't entail the deadly beauty of a weapon. There was something... freeing about seeing the girl dance with such abandon in his courtyard. Which is his only explanation for hovering in the archway silently, watching her move.
There was something about her - the flashes of her face as they passed with her movement - that seemed almost familiar. He couldn't place his finger on what it was.
It didn't take long, it truly didn't. A lifetime, to her anyways. Her eyes flashed open as the song ended and she came to a stop, facing the archway. Her eyes locked on the man and she stood there, her eyes on his face. She breathed a little harder than normal, namely due to the exertion but she ignored it. She loved the feeling that dancing gave her, even if sometimes it brought back painful memories. Painful, including the song about to play. Something she had never been and likely never would be. She moved over to turn that one off, her footsteps quick but silent. She had never played her part as the Swan Princess. She never got the chance to; her father had ruined that dream as he had so many others. One couldn't be a Princess with a cast on their arm. The one thing he never had taken from her and never could was her dancing; she had taken herself out of that before he could find a way to truly break that dream. So she still had it, even if she would never be The Swan Princess

Looking at her face on, the familiarity was even stronger - he'd never met he, he was sure. But there was... something.
He let a warm smile spread over his face, hiding the confusion her presence brought. "It's no trouble, my dear. We don't have enough dancing here anyway."
The recognition niggled at the back of his head, even as he tried to process more important parts of their conversation. 'What brings you to Spade Castle?" Because she certainly wasn't one of his - he'd have to look into exactly who she was.
Her arms crisscrossed over her stomach, her eyes scanning his face for a few more moments before moving away. He was someone of importance, that much she could tell. But she had rarely bothered to get to know many of the Royals, so she couldn't identify them by their faces. By name, yes, but not by their face
