Please hire competent people for IT.  English speakers would be helpful as well.  This might mean paying more than $10 an hour.  It's costing you more than that in productivity when people sit on hold for hours trying to talk to someone who isn't an idiot.  Maybe one of you can forego a million or two of bonus money to fix this problem?

I am perfectly capable of sitting at home on election day 2012.  Keep this crap up and I will do just that.  In Ohio which is always a swing state.
