[Still momentarily trapped in a cave, so he's going to just leave a voice message. He has quite a lot of experience with those Pokémon eggs, after all.] I've never seen an Pokémon egg hatch before. They seem just evolve from eggs to Pokémon, just like normal evolutions.

Not completely sure, but the way they shine is smiliar to the way they shine when they evolve.

Oh...man, I haven't even seen one evolve yet, haha. Still, one doesn't usually think of evolving when they think of hatching...it's totally different, like, scientifically. Right?
