[Video/Action for Penny & other Building 8 residents]

[Billy is singing. This isn't unusual, per se, but this is definitely Billy, not Dr. Horrible, and he looks pretty happy. He's clearly singing to someone, but all the camera shows is him sitting on top of one of the machines and singing into a bottle of detergent like a microphone.]

People have told me that. This is one of the rare times I sang on purpose.

You should definitely do that more. I mean, the singing-on-purpose.

Maybe sometime we could sing the same song on purpose at the same time? It could be fun.
