[Billy is singing. This isn't unusual, per se, but this is definitely Billy, not Dr. Horrible, and he looks pretty happy. He's clearly singing to someone, but all the camera shows is him sitting on top of one of the machines and singing into a bottle of detergent like a microphone.]
