Had last appointment at velindre today - blood test and X-ray all clear, so was discharged. It's been a long 5 years or so since being diagnosed with cancer, but thankfully no frights or nasty turns, and now all over. Now I need to decide if I want to look at taking out life and medical insurance, and how much the insurance industry will screw me ( Read more... )

Very tiring weekend. After arranging a lift from work, my lift forgot so i had to walk in the snow to weather spoons. Just come back from a week at Kos which was very relaxing. Did a couple of sightseeing bits - visited Kos town old and new, including some ruins of ancient Kos, and also went into a volcano which was pretty inspiring.
