I know he's my father and, no matter how old I get, he wants to make sure that I'm not doing anything he considers "bad", but that's just going too far, IMO.

And if it makes you feel better, at least your dad doesn't discuss porn and recommend adult web sites to you while in the grocery store (because my dad reccing sites to me wasn't mortifying enough to begin with). My dad a) openly reads porn, b) knows I write fanfiction, and c) just doesn't know what kind of fan fiction I write.

Although I accidentally replied to a comment from my cousin using this account instead of my other one and totally couldn't look her in the eyes all through christmas dinner (not that she said anything, and I don't know if she even looked... but still!).

Your dad really does that? And in the supermarket?! Gah, that would be awful! Hehe, and that would be interesting sitting across from someone in your family who you're not sure if they've read your stuff or not.

Yeah, I was really not happy. I actually contemplated the idea of just blasting him for doing it, but, well, then I would have had to explain exactly why I was so mad.
