Oh, I'm so sorry. I think it happens to all of us at one time or another, but it's awfully scary. Thank goodness you averted an accident. I'm sorry you were shaken up so badly, though!

err, a drink of Milk.
milk is suppose of having a calming effect :)

I forgot, in english, drink is alcohol.
