Key Lime Cake:
1 cup Butter Flavored Crisco
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon lemon or lime zest
3 cups granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon coconut extract

Hmmm...it wouldn't take more than a little bit of tinkering with that recipe to make it Kristy-friendly. Swap out tapioca starch for corn starch, and butter or lard for the Crisco and we'd be in business.
