The one theme that seemed to reoccur regularly with the Doctor was chips. Apparently the little wedges of potatoes were a favourite of his, not the Rose was complaining mind you, she didn’t mind chips, of course as Mickey had once pointed out they were rather fattening and the grease wasn’t very good for your skin.
