[Wally is suddenly outpaced by a guy in blue! He's really fast, but not superhumanly so. When he sees he's outran some sprinter, he turns around and catches up to Wally, running backwards along side him. He had no idea who you are but will never pass up the opportunity to mock someone.]

C'mon, 'zat the best ya can do?

[OH NO YOU DID NOT, SCOUT. Wally's gonna snatch the weave right off your head.]

Not even close.

[And he puts on a burst of speed. Depowered, he's probably not any faster than Scout at top speed, but hell if he's going to admit defeat.]

[He runs to the side, and jumps... and jumps again somehow, despite the fact that he didn't land on anything. but he launches himself right over a car length-wise, lands and keeps running.]
