Ow, my elbow. I lean on my left elbow all day at work, either on the arm of my chair or on my desk. And it gets all numb. I really hate that tingly feeling it sends down my arm into my left pinky when I hit that one nerve in my elbow. I must have the worst posture. My father took the train up this morning from DC to meet with me. We spent four hours together and then he got back on the train and went home. He left his house at 6 a.m. and arrived back home at 8 p.m. it must have been an exhausting day for him.
