Dean has a tooth ache and is unwilling to go to a dentist. It gets more painful by the minute, but Dean's stubborn and refuses to see a dentist. How it finally resolves itself is up to the author :)

I approve this fic. I had an abcessed tooth once and I swear to God I would have shot myself if I could have gotten my hands on a gun.I think Dean would do exactly this.
