The Impala runs out of gas/breaks down/gets accosted by gremlins in the middle of nowhere and the boys have to walk to somewhere. Extreme temperatures (hot or cold, doesn't matter to me) and a feverish, loopy Dean make for complications.

Is the only way to move this hike along for Sam to throw Dean over his shoulder and carry him? I think it is. :D
